Toronto has quickly grown to become one of the major tech hubs of North America. The Silicon Valley of the North, Toronto’s startup scene has grown with a 33% increase in its tech workforce year over year between 2011 and 2016.

A factor behind this continued growth has been the continued shift toward a digital economy and finding office space that meets the demands of tenants that are online 24/7. In Toronto, nearly half of office workers (48.5%) experience connectivity issues several times per month, and another 92.5% of office workers said companies should prioritize access to reliable internet connectivity when selecting offices, according to a WiredScore survey, “Digital Connectivity in Toronto.”

From new office developments to renovated historic assets, here are 10 Toronto office properties setting the standard for digital readiness.
